A Quieter, More Refined Riviera
Autumn thins the crowds without thinning the experience. Golf courses across the region see easier tee times, restaurant tables that required weeks of notice in summer become simple to secure, and the coastal roads between Nice, Monaco and Cannes move freely. Some of the Riviera's seasonal beach clubs begin closing for the year as November approaches, but Monaco's own restaurants, museums, and the Casino de Monte-Carlo run exactly as they do in high summer — entirely unaffected by season.

Pink Ribbon Monaco Gala
One of Monaco's most beautiful charity evenings, held in the historic Salle Empire of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo under the Honorary Presidency of H.S.H. Princess Charlène. The gala combines a dinner and a charitable auction to raise funds for research into lobular breast cancer led by Dr. Florent Hugonnet at the Princess Grace Hospital. For the first time, the gala coincides with the Principality's Pink Illumination — with the Prince's Palace, Casino de Monte-Carlo, Oceanographic Museum and other landmarks glowing pink for the evening.
Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte-Carlo
The Philharmonic continues its 170th anniversary season at the Auditorium Rainier III — the season inaugurated on 13 September under conductor Bertrand de Billy with cellist Truls Mørk. This is also the first season under Nathalie Stutzmann, appointed as the orchestra's first female Artistic and Musical Director since its founding in 1856.
Wedding of the Century in Philately & Numismatics
A companion exhibition to the Palace's summer show, held at Monaco's Museum of Stamps and Coins. Running through 15 October, it traces the worldwide impact of the 1956 wedding of Prince Rainier III and Grace Kelly through stamps, coins and archival documents — marking the 70th anniversary of one of the century's most iconic royal events.
Lumières sur la Lagune · Hartford Fine Art – Lampronti Gallery
A significant new exhibition at the Hartford Fine Art – Lampronti Gallery on Boulevard Princesse Charlotte, running for two months into late November. Around thirty paintings by the great 17th- and 18th-century Venetian view painters — Canaletto, Bellotto, Marieschi, Carlevarijs, Guardi among them — bringing the golden age of Venetian veduta painting to Monaco. The Lampronti gallery, founded in Rome in 1914, opened its Monaco space in April 2026.
Hollywood on the Coast · Ocean's Eleven Prequel
Nice and Monaco have spent the season hosting film crews for the upcoming Ocean's Eleven prequel, directed by and starring Bradley Cooper alongside Margot Robbie. Set at the 1962 Monaco Grand Prix, the heist comedy features an ensemble cast including Wagner Moura, Monica Barbaro, Vicky Krieps, George MacKay and Omar Sy. Production started in Paris in August, moved to Monaco's waterfront in late August, and continues through Nice and Monaco into mid-October before release in June 2027 — an unmistakably glamorous undercurrent to the season's final weeks.
La Fête du Prince
The single most important date on the Principality's own calendar. A mass at the Cathédrale Notre-Dame-Immaculée, a military parade in the Palace Square, and fireworks over Port Hercule mark the occasion — drawing a distinctly Monégasque crowd rather than a touristic one. It is the one day of the year when the Principality most visibly belongs to itself, and one of the very few chances to see the Prince and the Sovereign family together on the Palace balcony.
