Villa Monaco has a separate guesthouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 3 different levels. The 3 apartments are separate from each other and therefore ideal for couples or business partners who want to travel together but need their privacy as well.

In the basement of the guesthouse is the high-end gym with CYBEX machine. The gym has a separate entrance from the garden and therefore is easy to access for anyone who is on the property of Villa Monaco.
